West Sussex Mind – community fundraising lead
The main purpose of this role is to develop and deliver our approach to maintain and grow community fundraising income. You'll join us at an exciting time, as we launch our new five-year strategy, and this role is pivotal in helping us achieve our strategic ambitions in the years ahead.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Lead the community fundraising activities for West Sussex Mind
- Utilise your own new and original ideas to expand our events and fundraising
About you
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience of charity community fundraising or strong transferable skills and a desire to build your experience in this area
- Excellent skills at working with a wide range of people and organisations
- Creative and proactive approach to community fundraising opportunities
- Experience of working with and recruiting volunteers would be very helpful
