West Sussex Mind – business and finance officer

West Sussex Mind are looking for a business and finance officer to take responsibility for leading all day to day finance and resource management tasks.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Undertake all data entry and bookkeeping tasks on Sage
• Ensure that we hold up to date contracts for all suppliers including IT, insurances, utilities, and premises management
• Ensure all payroll information is collated and sent to our payroll provider within agreed timeframes

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a good knowledge of the SAGE accounting system
• Has, or is studying for, the Association of Accounting Technicians Bookkeeping qualification (or is willing to consider working towards this qualification)
• Is organised and proactive
