Tameside Oldham and Glossop Mind – project manager
Reporting to the development director, the project manager will lead and develop our government-funded menopause project. You'll work in partnership with Minds in Greater Manchester, who are delivering the menopause training part of the project.
What you'll do
You will:

Help to deliver the menopause service
-
Ensure services operate safely with the required number of trained staff working during opening hours

Carry out risk assessments to ensure the safety of staff, volunteers, and people accessing services, and identify areas for improvement

Develop and grow the services, and make sure they achieve their outcomes

Develop effective relationships with stakeholders
About you
You will have:
-
Experience delivering projects to ensure they're safe and meet their outcomes
-
Experience working in partnership with a range of stakeholders to deliver services
-
Experience monitoring and reporting on KPIs
-
Experience of using evaluation tools and processes
