About the role

We're looking for a wellbeing practitioner to improve our existing mental health and wellbeing services in Swindon.

The Junction is an out of hours “calming café” service, open all year round. It supports people experiencing a mental health crisis.

The aim of the service is to reduce the need for people in Swindon to go to A&E or acute mental health services.

As a wellbeing practitioner, you'll have a preventative, person-centred approach for people accessing the service.

The service is open from 4pm until 11pm. There are part time and full time positions available. Working patterns may include some weekends.
