South East London Mind – young people's counsellor

South East London Mind are looking for a counsellor to work with young people at Southwark College.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Run an age-appropriate counselling service
• Work with teachers and pastoral staff to ensure that students are given the right level of care and support
• Maintain up-to-date records of work undertaken

About you

We're looking for someone with:

• A professionally-recognised diploma or equivalent in Counselling or Psychotherapy
• Experience of providing counselling to young people aged 14 upwards
• An ability to work independently but collaboratively
