South East London Mind – senior peer support coordinator
South East London Mind are looking for a senior peer support coordinator to lead on the delivery of mental health peer support in the local area.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Offer high quality line management to the peer support coordinators and peer support workers including recruitment, inductions, regular supervision, appraisals and day-to-day support
- Lead the peer support team to design and coordinate peer support groups, workshops, 1:1s and other appropriate peer support options
- Facilitate group peer support sessions and workshops as needed
About you
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience of developing and coordinating new projects or services
- An understand the needs of people with mental health problems
- Experience of working in mental health services
