Solent Mind – older persons service manager

Solent Mind are recruiting a service manager to lead older persons and dementia support services.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and oversee older persons and dementia support services, ensuring safe, high‑quality and person‑centred delivery
• Manage workforce planning, supervision and service development through Team Leaders and wider staff teams
• Build strong relationships with commissioners and partners while monitoring performance, outcomes and service quality

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing older persons or dementia‑related services within health, social care or community settings
• Understands safeguarding, mental capacity legislation and information governance requirements
• Can lead through others and build effective relationships with commissioners, stakeholders and partner organisations
