About the role

Richmond Borough Mind has been providing services for adults affected by mental health problems and their carers for more than 60 years.

Our out-of-hours crisis service, Journey Recovery Hub (JRH), has been running since December 2019.

The service provides support to people experiencing mental health problems. It aims to:

  • Reduce isolation
  • Increase independence and self-management
  • Improve mental health and wellbeing

This is an exciting role in the newly extended service. We're looking for a highly motivated, caring person, who has knowledge and experience of supporting vulnerable adults to increase their independence and develop self-management strategies.

The successful applicants will:

  • Be used to working in a team of staff and volunteers
  • Have good project management skills
  • Be self-motivated
  • Be a good communicator
  • Prioritise and manage your time effectively
