Oxfordshire Mind – wellbeing worker

About the role

We're looking for a wellbeing worker to work in GP practices. You'll take a person-centred approach in delivering 1 to 1 support sessions for people experiencing mental health problems.

You'll encourage and enable people to:

Access support services
Use the support available in their local community
Develop tools to help them manage their wellbeing
