Norfolk and Waveney Mind – primary care network team leader

This is an exciting service based in GP surgeries across Norfolk and Waveney. You'll work in partnership with local surgeries and Primary Care Networks (PCNs), to help reduce the number of people with mental health issues re-presenting to their GP.

What you'll do

You'll help manage the team of 5 PCN recovery workers. And you'll make sure there's effective engagement with the Primary Care Networks and multi-disciplinary teams in the area.

About you

We're looking for someone with experience of:

• Working in mental health

• Managing a team

• Working with Primary Care Networks or GP practices

• Developing services for local communities

• Building partnerships with other organisations
