To support the delivery, development and strategic direction of client-led services. To support managers and staff teams to deliver on the required outputs and outcomes.

What you'll do

Provide line management for managers and projects
Ensure services delivering on outputs
Ensure delivery is within agreed budgets
Support decision making for the Senior Leadership Team
Promote the aims and objects of York Mind

About you

You will:

Have significant experience of managing client facing projects
Experience of managing project risk
Significant experience of managing safeguarding concerns
Experience of service evaluation and managing budgets
