Mind in West Essex – mental health support team supervisor/practitioner

Mind in West Essex are looking for a mental health support team supervisor/practitioner to work in their children and young peoples team.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Provide clinical and case management supervision
• Deliver MHST interventions in schools
• Hold your own small caseload

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a MHST EMHP Supervisor qualification or a Qualification (e.g. PG Cert, PG Dip) to deliver evidence based-therapeutic interventions to children and young people
• Has direct clinical experience (autonomously providing assessment, developing treatment plans and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions) with CYP aged 5-18 with mental health difficulties
• Has experience of supervising safeguarding cases
