Mind in Havering, Barking & Dagenham – project worker

We have an opportunity to join our team at Mind in Havering, Barking & Dagenham as part of our Mums Matter project. Mums Matter is run by a project leader, with the support of project workers, providing a safe learning space for all mums accessing the programme.

Together you'll deliver this innovative service supporting women experiencing multiple and complex needs during the perinatal period (birth – child’s 3rd birthday). 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Co-facilitate the project sessions
• Deliver assessments, welfare check ins and follow ups
• Respond to emails
• Manage referrals
• Prepare resources for sessions
