Mind in Havering, Barking and Dagenham – supported self help practitioner

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Mind in Havering, Barking and Dagenham.

You'll be responsible for a client caseload of supported self-help clients. You'll work with people to overcome early signs of mental health problems like anxiety, depression and stress.

You'll follow a set programme and offer graded exposure through a facilitated self-help model. You'll refer people to higher levels of intervention when needed and signpost to other services that might help them.
