Mind in Havering, Barking and Dagenham – service manager

The service manager is responsible for the effective management and delivery of community support services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Oversee daily operations of community support services, ensuring service delivery meets organisational standards and regulatory requirements
• Supervise and support service leads and community support workers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Give oversight and support to service leads in managing contract meetings, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with service agreements, and effective communication with stakeholders
• Monitor service performance through data analysis and regular evaluations to ensure continuous improvement
