Mind in Harrogate District – head of corporate partnerships

The Head of Corporate Partnerships will take a strategic approach to delivering on our vision and seek out opportunities that ultimately drive the growth, income levels and success of the organisation. The postholder will identify, establish and nurture local partnerships that align with Mind in Harrogate and District's objectives, goals and values.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate partnership strategy
• Identify and engage with potential corporate partners to expand our offer
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential partners, donors, and sponsors
• Drive revenue growth through corporate partnerships, developing the mental health and wellbeing training offer and corporate counselling service offer to businesses
• Develop and implement systems for tracking and reporting on performance

About you

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong strategic and analytical abilities with proven experience in driving business development, preferably in the mental health/charity sector
• Proven experience of developing and sustaining relationships
• Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and philanthropic trends
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Result-orientated mindset
• Knowledge and understanding of mental health issues and the ability to communicate these issues effectively to different audiences
