Mind in Gwent – Director of Services

Mind in Gwent will be a mental health and wellbeing charity. Forged from the merger of 3 well established Gwent located Mind federated charities. 

They are now seeking a Director of Services. To join the new leadership team. 

What you'll do

• Contribute to the development of Mind in Gwent's strategic plans and business plans and lead on service delivery strategy. 
• Provide effective, visual and inspirational leadership for all service staff and volunteers 
• Work with the Chief Executive/Leadership Team to identify business development opportunities. 

About you

We're looking for someone who: 

• Has experience at senior management level and of leading leading multiple teams and services 
• Passionate about making a difference to people's lives and building and developing services delivery, processes and systems 
• Builds trusting relationships based on equality and inclusion 
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy fast-moving workload.
