Mind in Brighton and Hove have volunteer opportunities for new trustees and treasurers.

What you'll do

In the trustee role you'll:

• Undertake the role and responsibilities of a charitable trustee
• Ensure that the charity complies with the law
• Help set the overall direction and development of the charity

In the treasurer role you'll:

• Make sure that proper financial records and procedures are kept and maintained
• Support the CEO to ensure that the organisation’s annual accounts are produced, filed and compliant with all regulations

About you

We're looking for people who:

• Have prior experience of trusteeship or committee work
• Have previous involvement in the charity sector
• Have lived experience of mental health issues/experience of using mental health services
