Mind in Bradford – wellbeing practitioner (WISHH)

This is an exciting and energetic role for hardworking individual who is passionate about offering great quality mental health care and support within a rewarding face-to-face environment. The variety of this role will keep things fresh and stimulating whilst being part of a supportive and innovative team.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Complete one-to-one appointments with those aged 11+ who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues
• Listen to clients' worries, offer support, and signpost clients to further support services available in the Bradford District

About you

We're looking for someone with:

• Some experience of working in a mental health setting with young people or adults
• Ability to work both independently and as part of an innovative team
• Passion for encouraging clients to achieve positive changes in their lives
• Understanding of the current challenges those with mental health needs may face
• Excellent IT skills to record and maintain client records
