Mind in Bradford – wellbeing practitioner

This is an exciting and energetic role for a hardworking individual who is passionate about offering good quality mental health care and support within a rewarding environment. The variety of this role will keep things fresh and stimulating while being part of a supportive team in the Enhanced Access service.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Deliver one-to-one phone support to clients
• Offer support focused on identifying clients' individual needs and supporting them to make positive changes

About you

We're looking for someone with:

• Some experience of working in a mental health setting with young people or adults
• Ability to work both independently and as part of an innovative team
• Passion for encouraging clients to achieve positive changes in their lives
• Understanding of the current challenges those with mental health needs may face
• Excellent IT skills to record and maintain client records
