Mind in Bradford are looking for a service manager for their culturally adapted therapies service.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Develop and oversee the delivery of culturally adapted therapy for service members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create integrated service pathways and referral processes
• Monitor service outcomes such as recovery rates, access, and engagement levels for the targeted community, and report on service effectiveness and ongoing improvements

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience managing teams within a mental health or related field
• Has a strong ability to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders and external agencies
• Has expertise in recognising and managing risk, including safeguarding
