We're seeking a dynamic service manager to lead our innovative Safe Spaces crisis alternative service, playing a pivotal role in driving its operational delivery and growth. This position is integral to the service's development and to shaping the future of crisis support in our community.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

  • Offer strong, effective, values-driven leadership to Safe Spaces team leaders and wider team
  • Lead on new pilots or programmes of work related to crisis and complex care
  • Support the development, promotion and evaluation of the Safe Spaces service, including data collation and analysis for monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Foster and develop partnerships to maintain the Safe Spaces service profile through operational and strategic meetings with external partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the programme director and senior colleagues to create strategic plans for service growth and financial sustainability
  • Facilitate multi-disciplinary collaboration by liaising with mental health and social care professionals, ensuring clear communication and coordinated services

About you

We're looking for someone with:

  • Leadership experience with a background in health, social care, or a related field
  • Ability to manage complex teams and delivering diverse service outcomes
  • Expertise in leading change, project management, and building effective partnerships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and resourceful approach
  • Positive attitude and a flexible approach to your work
