Mind in Bradford – service coordinator (Guide-Line)

As service coordinator, you'll work closely with the Guide-Line service manager to ensure the service operates safely, effectively, and to the highest standards. You'll coordinate service delivery, maintain compliance with safeguarding and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement that empowers and supports individuals across our district.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Support the Guide-Line service manager in maintaining and developing the service
• Oversee safeguarding, incidents and concerns/disclosures, ensuring timely responses and attending relevant multi agency meetings
• Develop and maintain staff rotas to meet service needs
• Manage staff rotas across services and ensure availability meets service needs
• Guide and support staff with day-to-day issues, offering advice and solutions
