Mid Kent Mind are looking for a counselling services lead to oversee our flagship Affordable Counselling Service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and energetic person to develop our Affordable Counselling Service.
This position is ideal for someone enthusiastic about talking therapies. If you'd like to play a crucial role in shaping and growing a service, then this is the job for you!
You will:
- Lead a team of over 35 volunteer counsellors, providing them with clear support and management
- Assess new clients for our services, matching them with appropriate counsellors
- Hold a small caseload of complex clients
