Mid and North East Essex Mind – training and income generation administrator
As the training and income generation administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our mental health toolkit training programme and income generation team.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries relating to training and fundraising
- Manage bookings
- Co-ordinate training sessions
- Ensure that systems and training materials are up to date
About you
We're looking for someone with:
- Excellent organisation skills
- The ability to build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to work at a fast pace
- A passion to support our charity purpose
- Demonstrable experience of working with external customers and the general public
