Mid and North East Essex Mind – mental health outreach worker

Mid and North East Essex Mind are looking for a mental health outreach worker to support individuals who are living with long-term, complex mental health problems who find themselves in crisis.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Meet clients with serious and enduring mental health difficulties
• Assessing how best to support them
• Help them to attend appointments with mental health services

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
• Has experience of adult safeguarding and ability to apply relevant policy and procedures
• Has a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
