Mid and North East Essex Mind – mental health outreach worker

Mid and North East Essex Mind are looking for a mental health outreach worker to offer practical support to local people.

What you'll do

Ins this role you'll:

• Sustain a supportive working relationship with clients
• Offer assertive outreach to improve their current situation
• Give information, and advice on welfare rights, housing options, tenancy rights and responsibilities to enable them to make informed choices

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
• Has significant experience of working in adult social care or a mental health setting
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
