Manchester Mind – advice volunteer supervisor

Manchester Mind are looking for an advice volunteer supervisor to provide training and supervision to volunteers in the local area.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Make sure all volunteers feel welcome in their role
• Recruit, train and supervise volunteers in welfare benefits advice
• Help volunteers develop their skills

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience of working with volunteers in a way that enables people to feel valued, able to develop, and involved in the project
• Has knowledge of the legislation relating to aspects of welfare benefits/debt and housing
• Has experience of delivering training
