Lambeth and Southwark Mind – lived experience support worker

We're looking for a lived experience support worker to help people access the right support, based on their personal care and support plan.

You'll be employed by Lambeth and Southwark Mind and work as part of the South London and Maudsley (SLaM) NHS Primary Care Mental Health Team in Southwark.

Working with the multidisciplinary team, you'll manage and support clients who can benefit from peer support. Your caseload will include people with varied and complex mental health needs.

You must have experience of providing peer support for people with mental health problems in a voluntary or paid role.

We're looking for candidates with lived experience of mental health problems, who've used mental health services in the past. We're looking for people who are stable in their own recovery and are able to support others in their recovery.
