Islington Mind – volunteer mentor team leader
About the role
Islington Mind’s Integrated Community Support (ICS) runs mental health services during the daytime for people who live in Islington. ICS runs in 3 centres in Islington.
As a volunteer mentor team leader, you'll oversee recruitment, training and supervision of the volunteers within ICS.
You'll also manage our Despard Road day centre site, and support with managing our second site at Iseldon Road.
You'll:
- Be good at crisis management
- Have an understanding of safeguarding processes and procedures
- Have experience managing a busy mental health community service
