Doncaster Mind – volunteer programme coordinator

We're looking for someone to help manage our volunteer programme and expand our volunteer workforce in Doncaster Mind.

What you'll do

You will:

• Manage, run and develop the volunteer programme

• Recruit and develop the Board of Trustees, who are also volunteers

• Carry out a yearly volunteer development plan that supports the Doncaster Mind strategy and business objectives

• Recruit, train and support volunteers

• Deliver training

• Promote our volunteering opportunities across Doncaster

• Establish good working relationships with other agencies who offer volunteering opportunities, to build pathways to and from our volunteering opportunities

About you

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves connecting with others. Someone who's passionate about making a meaningful impact to the lives of people in Doncaster.
