Derbyshire Mind – lead mental health practitioner
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced practitioner to join Derbyshire Mind to deliver Mind’s guided self-help programme, supported self-help, on a national basis at a time when the service has never been more needed.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Manage the day to day running of the supported self-help service
- Give line management support to the mental health practitioner
- Accurately and efficiently manage all administration processes associated with supported self-help
- Monitor targets and create reports to showcase the progress of the service
- Seek opportunities to promote and publicise the service
- Be responsible for a caseload of supported self-help clients
About you
We're looking for someone with:
- Level 3 qualification in health and social care or equivalent
- Experience of providing mental health/wellbeing services to individuals
- Experience of managing staff or volunteers
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, committed approach and personal resilience
