Coventry and Warwickshire Mind – wellbeing practitioner

We are recruiting for wellbeing practitioners to join our Safe Haven service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the crisis pathway in Coventry and Warwickshire.

What you'll do

You will:

• Offer practical and emotional person-centred support that works towards empowerment and recovery 

• Offer one to one support including helpful information, practical solutions and signposting to other local services

• Tailor support to service users

• Help to plan and deliver mental health and wellbeing outreach support sessions

• Support volunteers and service users in peer-led drop in sessions

About you

We're looking for candidates with:

• At least one year’s experience working in a mental health setting
• Training to NVQ level 2 or equivalent
