Conwy Mind – income generation lead

Conwy Mind are looking for an experienced individual to lead the development of their fundraising and engagement strategy.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Partner the CEO and key team members to explore and secure new funding opportunities
• Lead the creation and submission of innovate fundraising proposals, ensuring alignment with donor and organisational requirements
• Provide specialised knowledge on income generation and growth to senior management

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience of diversifying income streams for a sustainable future
• Has experience of managing a team
• Can think creatively and make sound decisions
