Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich Mind – head of services

This role provides leadership and senior operational management for our service delivery across Lambeth and Southwark. It involves developing and maintaining excellent partnership relationships within the Boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark and linking with other boroughs when required. The head of services will also lead on the development of existing services and implementation of new services in their area.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Be the organisational lead for areas of work, particularly related to key areas of service delivery and the organisation’s work in Lambeth and Southwark
• Liaise with stakeholders, developing and maintaining excellent relationships and seeking out opportunities to promote the organisation, its services and ethos
• Ensure the smooth and effective running of services
• Work with the senior leadership team to identify and pursue business development opportunities that support the organisation’s strategic plan
• Work with senior colleagues and staff to manage the successful implementation of new services and projects

About you

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience managing community-based services and of partnership working
• Ability to motivate teams and individuals, communicate effectively and deliver continuous improvement in service delivery
