Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster Mind – supported self-help practitioners

We're looking for practitioners to deliver the Supported Self Help programme.

Supported Self help is a facilitated, self-help, early intervention service. We run it for people living in south west London with mild to moderate mental health needs.

In this role, you'll:

Work with people to overcome early signs of mental health distress, like anxiety, depression and stress
Follow a set programme where you give them graded exposure using a self-help model
Refer people to higher levels of intervention when needed
Signpost people to other services that could help them to maintain their wellbeing
