Bradford District and Craven Mind – receptionist
Bradford District and Craven Mind is looking for a receptionist to assist the office manager and fulfil the role of frontline communicator with service members, enquiries and visitors to our premises.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Warmly receive all of our visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately and attend to their individual needs as appropriate
- Portray our standards of high quality, professional and client-focused care
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and deal with enquiries in a calm and professional manner
- Offer basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email, to guide service members and members of the public to the most appropriate service
- Interact with people who present challenging behaviour
About you

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong connections
- Excellent verbal and written communication, adaptable to various audiences
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Positive, proactive mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
