Thriving at Work is an independent review that outlines what employers can do to better support all employees, including those with mental health problems, to remain in and thrive through work.
We’ve collaborated with the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), the Sport and Recreation Alliance, and Sport England to help employers across the sport and physical activity sector to understand and implement the Thriving at Work standards. The guide is one of the actions published in the DCMS Mental Health and Elite Sport Action Plan (2018).
Our free Thriving at Work guide for employers looks at each of the standards in turn. It provides practical examples of what employers are doing across the sector, as well as helpful tools. You can download a brief introduction, a quick one page guide, the full guide and specific chapters below.
Printed copies are also available by emailing [email protected].
