Springboard Programme: Learning-action workshops

The Springboard programme is a series of peer-led workshops, connecting likeminded community leaders in an interactive online setting.

The workshops support the wellbeing of our community leaders and sustainability of their groups. These 2 core themes were highlighted in our Jigsaw II report on community-led groups in England and Wales.

Every Springboard programme learning-action workshop aims to:

  • Help community leaders celebrate each other
  • Offer opportunities to share ideas, learn new skills and build confidence
  • Open our thinking to new perspectives and new insights that can support our community leaders
  • Encourage people to apply any learning gained from the workshops back into our community settings
