The Springboard programme is a series of peer-led workshops, connecting likeminded community leaders in an interactive online setting.
The workshops support the wellbeing of our community leaders and sustainability of their groups. These 2 core themes were highlighted in our Jigsaw II report on community-led groups in England and Wales.
Every Springboard programme learning-action workshop aims to:
- Help community leaders celebrate each other
- Offer opportunities to share ideas, learn new skills and build confidence
- Open our thinking to new perspectives and new insights that can support our community leaders
- Encourage people to apply any learning gained from the workshops back into our community settings

Want to get involved?
Do you have an idea or topic that could benefit community groups right now? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
Get involved in the Springboard Series to help co-design, plan and deliver a workshop. This is a paid opportunity for people with lived experience of mental health or community leadership.
Want us to deliver a session?
We can bring any of our previous Springboard Sessions to you, your community or organisation.
All our sessions are peer-led, last for 1.5 hours and and can be delivered at a time and location that suits you. We can hold the session online or face to face.
Springboard Series 2022
We ran our first Springboard Series in 2022. To find out more about the content of each workshop, and to see how a session could benefit you, get in touch! We'd love to hear from you.
