We're an unstoppable community of people in Wales who won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve. Together with our 20 local Minds in Wales we're committed to improving mental health in this country. Together we're Mind in Wales.
In partnership with our network of 20 local Minds in Wales we provide a range of mental health services to help you live the life you want, as fully as possible.
We couldn't exist without our amazing fundraisers and donors across Wales. Choose your way to donate or fundraise to help us provide support and respect to more people with mental health problems in Wales.
We believe everyone with a mental health problem should be able to access excellent care and services. We also believe you should be treated fairly, positively and with respect. Find out what gets us fired up about mental health policy in Wales and how to become a campaigner.
Volunteering at Mind can be really rewarding and useful. As well as taking up a role in Mind Cymru's Cardiff HQ, or one of our many local Minds or Mind shops, there are many other ways you can give your time – cheering, making a video blog, joining our campaigners, talking to the media and more.
Over the last few years we've come a long way. But there's still more to be done. The focus of our new strategy is on supporting the people disproportionately affected by mental health issues. People from racialised communities, young people, and people living in poverty.
Whether you're looking to boost your own wellbeing or seeking advice to support your staff, there are many ways we can help.
In Wales we set our own agenda and prioritise campaigns and projects that are important to people who live here. We're governed by Pwyllgor, a committee of volunteers who help shape our direction and make sure we're on the right track.
"I believe that Mind is at the forefront of raising society's awareness of mental health."
From translating our most popular mental health information, to increasing the number of Welsh speaking staff, we’re striving to be a better charity for Welsh speakers. Find out what we’re doing and how we can support you in Welsh.
