This post is to cover a six month Sabbatical within the Time to Change programme.
The postholder will lead and develop the team to support people with experience of mental health problems, alongside their supporting groups, organisations and networks, to improve attitudes about mental health in their local areas. The programme works across England.
Applicants should have substantial experience of facilitating team development, as well as effectively coaching and line managing staff. You will have experience of working alongside communities to develop their own solutions and of working effectively in partnership with a wide range of statutory and voluntary sector groups and organisations. You will have experience of working alongside people with lived experience to influence and deliver programmes of work.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced programme manager, line manager and someone who is passionate about lived experience being at the heart of a programme of work. The focus for the postholder for this six month period of work is to support the team to continue to fully establish their local work and develop ways of working that are as efficient and effective as possible.
