Coastal West Sussex Mind has a vacancy for a 0.5 Recovery and Wellbeing Coordinator in our Midhurst service
Coastal West Sussex Mind is a local mental health charity committed to promoting mental wellbeing in local communities and supporting people along their recovery journey. We are looking for a Recovery and Wellbeing Coordinator (grade 3) to work in our North Chichester Recovery & Well-being service located in Midhurst.
Successful applicants will provide recovery focused learning opportunities, offer support to individuals and groups and will enable further development within peer support provisions. They will also take a leading role in developing, coordinating and modelling good practice around the delivery of programmes of interventions and services that support people with complex mental health problems to manage their own mental health needs and recovery with the service.
As well as having some experience of working with people with mental health problems, post-holders will need to demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for recovery focused mental health work and show that they can be a strong team player with real commitment to their work. They will also need to have initiative and be able to contribute to the direction and development of the service.
