It gives insight into how such experiences feel, how other people can help, positive and negative experiences of medication, and what's helped people to cope and move towards recovery. Accompanying material is available online giving information about the film which should help you plan discussion topics if you want to show it to a group. Approx 26 minutes, the making of this film was funded by the Millennium Commission with a Mind Millenium award.
