About the half marathon

Lots of us already know how great it can feel to get out into green spaces and take some exercise.

Add to that the chance to achieve your goals, and raise money to change the lives of people experiencing mental health problems, and you have a truly wonderful day.

The support from the Mind team blew me away, it really made the day very special.

Our support

Whether you've managed to gain your own place through the ballot, or secure one of Mind's charity places, we will be with you every step of the way.

We pride ourselves on giving everyone who joins our team the support, inspiration and admiration they deserve!

Our support includes:

  • fundraising and training advice to help you achieve your goals
  • your own running vest and a team cheering you all the way
  • an exclusive post-run party for the whole team in Hyde Park, including your friends & family
  • a dedicated and enthusiastic project manager to provide support and advice along the way

Join our team!

There are two ways in which you can join the Mind team:

All charity places are now sold out.

2. Secured your spot in the ballot: If you have been lucky enough to gain your own place from the event organisers through the ballot - congratulations! We would love you to join our team. You don't have to a raise a minimum level of sponsorship - your help, and any funds you raise for Mind will be gratefully received.

Why Mind?

Mind is the leading mental health charity in England and Wales and by joining our team you will enable us to continue to provide support to the 1 in 4 people who experience mental distress in their life times.

£1,000 could be spent on printing 5,000 advice booklets, offering practical advice on subjects such as stress, bereavement, depression and eating disorders.

Cheer on our team

Come and join us on the day to cheer, jump, shout, clap and make some noise for our fabulous team of 450 runners.

We have 3 spots along the route you can choose to come along to:

  • Cheerpoint 1 & 2

Miles 1/5.5 – Constitution Hill, Green Park

  • Cheerpoint 3

Miles 12 – West Carriage Drive, Hyde Park
