Mind Cymru has been working with the Equality and Human Rights Commmision in Wales on the production of a short film and guidance documents for developing a workplace mental health policy.
The film and supporting documents include a case study outlining the business need for having such a policy guideline available for trade unions. The materials include references to MHFA training in Wales.
