Nottingham book launch on Monday

Nottingham-based Open Up Initiative Harmless will be launching their fantastic book, In Our Own Words, on Monday 1 March. The book is a moving collection of stories, poetry and artwork from people about their experience of self harm, including close friends and family members of people who self harm.

The launch, on self harm awareness day, will have personal readings from contributors, a chance to buy the book and meet the Harmless team, and light refreshments. It will be held from 5-7pm at the Arts Theatre, Broad Street, Nottingham. For more information please email info@harmless.org.uk.
