Donate, don't waste!

Today sees the launch of the Donate, Don't Waste campaign to urge people to clear out their wardrobes of unwanted clothes, and make sure they don't end up in landfill.
Over 100 charities and 5,000 shops are participating, supported by the Association of Charity Shops. If each UK household donated one extra black bin bag of clothing, we could save 25 million bags from landfill and raise over £740 million for charity.
So have a spring clean of your wardrobe and take everything you don't wear to a Mind shop. You'll be helping the environment and enabling us to continue providing people with mental distress with the vital information and support that they need.
