BBC Radio 4 mental health special

Listen to BBC Radio 4 Woman's Hour on Tuesday 6 and Wednesday 7 October at 10am to 10.45am for special reports on mental health stigma.

BBC Radio 4 Woman's Hour will discuss mental health stigma in a special edition of the programme today. They will look at the extent to which people experience stigma from diagnosis, to treatment in the community, to being sectioned. The programme will also explore the impact that mental health stigma can have on family and friends.

Mind's Champion of the Year Award winner Dr Liz Miller, comedian Ruby Wax, author Clare Allan and Sheila Hollins will talk about their experiences of recovery and overcoming stigma.
