Do tourist attractions and accomodation take account of your needs?

The Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) has launched an online survey that asks people with a disability, including mental health problems, about their tourism experiences.
It gives you the chance to say exactly what you expect from overnight accommodation or a tourist attraction and asks you to give details of any problems you have faced.
