The first step you need to take is to download our pledge toolkit using the link given below. This will talk you through what signing the pledge involves including:

- examples of activity other organisations have undertaken
- the support we will provide you with
- what the next steps are.

We’ve put what we've learnt from work with 400+ employers into our pledge toolkit, to support you to develop your action plan. This toolkit tells you how to access an action plan template and how to submit your completed action plan to us once you have done it.

Please send us your action plan a minimum of four weeks before the preferred date of your pledge signing.
