Share your opinion on NHS service provision
Speak out about your experiences of mental health care.
Everyone has a story to tell about the NHS, good or bad, and it's really important that the people who run our local services hear them and, more importantly, act on them.
Mind Cymru is working with Patient Opinion to collect feedback on NHS mental health services experiences from the people who use them. You submit your story online anonymously – there's no need to identify yourself.
Patient Opinion enables the NHS to hear from their community and respond directly to what people identify that they need and want from their local services. Patient Opinion always tries to ensure that the right person hears the story, for example a particular Ward Manager, to get that vital insight into what it’s really like for you and to help make a positive change to the service they provide.
Mind Cymru and Patient Opinion are holding two events in Wales this year to promote the Patient Opinion website, where staff will demonstrate how to use it. Click here for more information.
In the meantime, go to www.patientopinion.org.uk and tell your story. It really could make an impact on the provision of your local services!
