About the awards

2009 was the first time that the Awards were run by Mind, following its merger with Mental Health Media.

The Awards cover a wide range of programmes, including radio and television documentary and drama, young people's media, news and soaps.

The 2009 awards took place at BAFTA in London on Tuesday 24 November 2009.
